Fleet Pro is £49/month for up to 30 vehicles, with WhatsApp and SMS reminders and live human support. New accounts also get 14 days of Growing Fleet's features free to try before deciding.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The Free tier needs no card and never expires into a paywall — you'll only be asked for card details if you choose to upgrade.

What compliance deadlines does it track?

Accepted Answer

MOT, VED and insurance for cars and vans; LOLER body/mast and forks/accessories inspections for forklifts, cranes and MEWPs; and driver licence, CPC hours and medical certificate expiry — each with automated reminders and documents stored against the record.

How often does a forklift need a LOLER inspection?

Two separate dates on two separate clocks: the body and mast every 12 months, and the forks and any lifting accessories every 6 months under LOLER 1998. FleetCompliance tracks both independently on every machine, so the 6-month one can't hide behind the 12-month one — which is the mistake that catches most operators out.

Does FleetCompliance track tachograph download deadlines?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — it's on our roadmap but not in the product today. Worth knowing regardless: driver card data must be downloaded at least every 28 days and vehicle unit data at least every 90 days, and missing either is a separate offence from a driving-hours breach. FleetCompliance currently tracks MOT, insurance, LOLER and driver compliance deadlines, with tachograph coming later.

Is it safe to photograph certificates for scanning?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the scan runs on your own device. The photo never leaves your browser; only the expiry date it reads gets saved to your account.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your own account settings whenever you like — no phone call, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
